The Episcopal
Church
of the
Holy Cross
is a multi-national,
multicultural
congregation,
grounded in tradition,
blended with
contemporary style,
working to restore all
people to unity with
God and each other
in Christ.
We joyfully give of our
time, talent and
resources, committing our
lives to God’s service,
through individual and
collective actions,
in the community and
the world, seeking and
serving those in need
and sharing with them
the gospel of Christ.

“For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.” Matthew 18:20

Christian Education coordinates Black History Month observances, Easter Egg Hunts, Praise in the Park, Youth Sundays, Angel Tree, Bible Study, etcetera.  But most importantly, Christian Education affords all the opportunity to deepen one’s understanding of God and thus further one’s relationship with Her, whether you’re two or ninety-two. Our participation has been consistent and intense.

Christian Ed Instructors are recently certified, or recertified, having completed the Safeguarding God’s Children training which is mandated for all those working with children in the Episcopal Church.  (Copies of the certifications are on file in the Church Office.)  We are fortunate to have a dedicated group willing to make themselves available to assist others with this most important aspect of the faith journey.  Christian Ed Groups – Pre-K & Elementary, Middle School, High School/Youth and Adult Bible Study – meet every Sunday morning at 9:30am in the designated classrooms.  Please come join us.

Please contact Michelle Ware or the church office for more information.
